01. Cold-Chain Integrity
Fertility medications are frequently temperature-sensitive. Our carriage protocols ensure that from the moment a medication leaves our pharmacy to the moment it arrives at your door, it remains within the manufacturer-specified temperature range.
We utilise validated clinical-grade packaging and real-time monitoring to maintain this integrity.
02. Chain of Custody
Every shipment is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. We do not support "leave in safe place" protocols for clinical medications due to the risk of environmental degradation or unauthorised access.
03. Patient Responsibility
Upon receipt of your delivery, it is the patient's responsibility to immediately inspect the package for integrity and transfer any refrigerated items to appropriate storage according to the included instructions.
04. Returns and Clinical Safety
Due to the clinical nature of pharmaceutical products and strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for medications once the chain of custody from our pharmacy has been broken. This ensures that every patient receives medication of guaranteed clinical integrity.
